Exercise: Using Apple Watch to save workout sessions
Step 1
Click on the crown on the side of the watch

Step 2
Choose the workout app from the app screen

Step 3
Select the type of workout you are about to begin. Apple Watch will track your vitals and save the session on the Health app

Now, every time you exercise, Apple Watch will save the activity data on Apple Health and your Elara Score will go up!
Elara currently awards points for:
- Cycling
- Running
- Walking
- Strength Training
- High Intensity Interval Training
- Yoga
- Pilates
If your activity is not showing on Elara, you should check that you have granted the right permissions for Elara to receive it. This article explains how.
