Flo: Setting up your app to save your period
Instructions might change slightly depending on what period tracking app you are using. However you’ll normally be able to check or enable connection with Apple Health by:
- Tapping on your Profile icon
- Select Settings
- Finding your Apple Health App connection
Connecting your Clue Period Tracking App
Step 1
On the Top Left Corner Tap on your Profile icon
Step 2
On your Settings screen, tap on Settings
Step 3
On your Settings screen, tap on The Health App
Step 4
On your The Health App screen, enable Connect to Health App
Next, check your connection on Apple Health
You can quickly see if your period tracking app is connected to Apple Health by following these steps:

On the Top Right Hand Corner Tap on your Profile icon

On your Profile Screen, Tap on Apps, select Flo from the list
Step 3
Tap on Turn All Categories On or simply select Menstruation
Step 4
You will be sharing data for those in green
